Hi I'm Brittany, the founder of Natural Origins.

I've struggled with eczema & dry sensitive skin for years. Having these red patches all over my skin was a very emotional experience for me and really affected my self-esteem.

I was constantly thinking about how to cover up and hide my skin.

I was afraid people would stare at the red patches on my skin thinking it was somehow contagious.

I felt ugly because of my skin and didn't want even my boyfriend to touch me.

Having this "ugly" skin was especially hard and impacted my self-esteem even more because everywhere you look the Big Pharma Brands, Social Media, & Beauty Brands are telling you clear skin = beauty, and I did not have clear skin. This is especially hard for women as it is a constant bombardment throughout your entire life the pressure to conform to what society thinks is "beautiful".

I was desperate - I would have tried & spent anything to make my skin "normal" again.

I had tried so many products and wasted so much money on these "eczema relief" products with no improvement in my skin or self-esteem.

I was fed up, desperate for a solution, and frustrated with all of these products big claims of "healing" my eczema. That's when I decided to take matters into my own hands and do my own research into what ingredients these Big Pharma/ Skincare products were using.

I found that the majority of creams and lotions contained preservatives, sulfates and non medical artificial additives that actually irritate your skin and can even trigger eczema flare ups!

Even worse - not only were these ingredients bad for my sensitive skin, but they were put in the products FOR BIG PHARMA's BENEFIT NOT MINE.

You see, these preservatives and artificial additives are put in these products not for your skin's therapeutic benefit, but to increase the shelf-life of these products so Big Pharma can increase their profits.

After discovering Big Pharma's dirty little secret - I started looking for natural alternatives to skincare. That's when I discovered the power of Tallow.

Tallow (or beef fat) contains the same fats and is organically compatible with our skin - meaning it can be absorbed easily into our skin without suffocating our skin and clogging our pores (like a lot of other lab-created lotions do).

Tallow is also rich in nutrients and vitamins such as A, D, E, and K- all of which help with your skin's cellular repair & regeneration + help protect against future damage.

After countless hours of researching and testing ingredients, I created The Balm - our signature product - a 100% natural moisturizer that targets dry skin, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and more! Made with only 4 ingredients: 100% grass-fed tallow, organic honey, organic beeswax, and organic cold-pressed jojoba oil.

Within days of using The Balm, my eczema was healing & in a few weeks completely gone. That's when I realized the Power of Tallow.

I immediately threw out all of my skincare and switched my entire skincare routine to all tallow-based skincare products - and in doing so I created the first full skincare line focused on Beef Based Beauty (aka tallow-based products):
